My name is Janie Lanza Vowles. I am a Practicing Divorce Lawyer, and I've spent the past two-plus decades representing clients in contested Massachusetts divorce and custody cases.
Since this is my About page, I think I'm supposed to tell you when I graduated from law school and passed the bar exam. I did both of those things, in 1997.
If that seems like a really long time ago, I agree.

And I've gotten very good at teaching my clients how to use the legal process as a tool to help themselves and their children.
